I know @Dumbgecko and @SirRisc has reviewed equipment from them - don’t know if anyone has ordered. I saw @JoJo (I thnk) found a deal with a Crown for $24 (with some discount code) from them… In short - sometimes different vendors have different deals
I did review the Adamantium X from them, shipping was as expected from China.
In terms of customer service I have no immediate complaints really, Gina was friendly though to the point. I reckon the language barrier plays a big role there.
Why not order from FT? As with any other store, sometimes they just offer the better deal.

I am willing to try out your company and I’ll have a look rather than FT next time I want to shop. I’m pretty sure prices are comparable and I’m hoping that since it is a smaller company, customer service will be very good. I give you props for taking all the time to post here on the recipes site.
I just can’t resist the low prices when buying from overseas, or I would buy in America. I’ve ordered from FT 4 or 5 times so far. Right now I have an order I’ve been waiting for more than 2 weeks and I need to look into it. I am worried because they said my Fogger RBA was “delivered” but I did not receive it in my mailbox. They sent me an email 2 weeks after I made the order, saying they had to split up my order into two packages. This is a worrisome mess. There are several mini-size mods I am interested in, and for sure I’m going to buy some more UWell Crown tanks. I’m always on the lookout for small-bore drip tips too.
