I guess I don’t see the logic in attacking Reddit users that are questioning the safety of the product.

Out of curiosity what wattage are you running it at?
I think its suggested at 40-50W, I dont notice it heating any more than my other sub ohm tanks.

Sorry, they all run hot and I’d be willing to bet your heat issues are normal. I use multiple devices to overcome my heat issues so I can vape a second device while the first cools off. Another work around is a heat sink like this:
it screws between the tank and the mod to help the mod stay cool.
