I’m a moderator on another site myself. We track MAC ID’s and many these days use VPNs but the same physical machine or router so it’s easy to spot and delete. Around 99% are from one country and … well, I might just be a little ban happy if it’s a rough day 
Funnily enough, on the odd day I’ve seen the same username there and here.

I love to google their email addys to see all the places they post the exact same links so perhaps i have been to the forum you mod on. If i delete an account i like to be as certain as possible because there was that one time… I mean, shh, that never happened…
