I totally agree with you and would hope that would work.
Keep in mind if the FDA gets it’s way with the current wording concerning the vaping industry specific, deeming regulations. Even 0mg nicotine e-juice, the atty’s we use and the mods we use will still be classified as a tobacco product. That will allow the FDA to regulate everything under the Family Smoking Prevention and Tobacco Control Act.
We are only seeing the tip of the iceberg for all of this so far. Buckle up the ride just might get bumpy.
