With most of these flavors you are very safe +/- a few drops as they are some of the weakest concentrates available.

So its a 50g max scale, can you put a empty bottle on it that weighs 63g and tare it? or will it error and say over max weight?

Typically, when scales say MAX, they mean absolute IME
