It doesn’t have a floral note but is rather spicy and very strong. In a mix I usually keep it under 1%. I’ve heard people describe it as rotten jalapeño when it hasn’t steeped properly 
I like it very much though, it gives that little bit of extra kick to a mix.
I know this is an older thread, but honeysuckle and hibiscus is a great mix. It is a clean floral mix that is very unique. I am going to order some cherry blossom and add some of that into it as well.
