No worries, they don’t exactly make it easy to understand. Having all of those tables so far down the document from the legalese it refers to makes it difficult to see what it refers to. One last point of clarification: e-liquid of any nicotine level, not just 0 mg, will be a vaping product. E-liquid containing nicotine is currently not approved for sale by Health Canada; this bill will change that status and make nicotine-containing e-liquid legal for sale.

@DrChud Thanks for reminding everyone of that! Every vaper should be making sure their voice is heard by the government on this topic. I’ve personally sent off an e-mail to my MP, had an actual conversation with him about it at a community event, and participated in the public consultation on tobacco control policies (that the sly government snuck vaping stuff into).
