It’s probably a Discourse thing but I thought it may be helpful to have a Merge Request “button” at the bottom of a thread, maybe before the Reply button. It could inform/alert the Mods somehow (magic). This may help cut down the dupe threads, and help keep things neater. Just dreaming here…
Think we are pretty much tied to with what the forum software allows - i would suggest that the flag/something else and just type merge request in the text box would work for me.
