Looks very promising @coneconington I have a similar recipe using KeyLime in place of Lemon. One of favorite mixes, make it regularly :slight_smile:

It looks like it would be pretty darn good. One suggestion instead of citric acid try using TPA Sour. It really brings out the flavors and makes them sing…
