I donāt know who makes it. The WS-23 is a cooling agent that is supposedly more tasteless and less harsh than Koolada. Iāve been hearing good things about it.

I know you can buy ws-23 crystals and make them into a 30% (common % in mixing) dilution in PG. The process is similar to how menthol would be done. Iām not sure if NR gets into all that but I do believe itās what some vendors are doing since itās not a common DIY supplied additive. Iāve heard ppl talk about how they do this themselves in different threads is the only way I know, I havenāt done it personally. But I can say from experience itās the best cooling agent Iāve tried. No off notes and it doesnāt mess with your layers in a mix. The cool thing about it too is the effect is similar to menthol without the flavor. You get cooling on both inhale and exhale, rather than just exhale like with koolada Hope this helps or was at least informative
