Open Source Vapor closing as a result of Indiana's law

Hoosier ecig made a statement, I hear, that 2 of the 6 companies that were granted permits to make juice hadn’t even made any juice as of yet…obviously there is something fishy with that scenario…

I imagine there will be quite a few. The deal is that the state mandated that security firms store samples of all liquid made and/or sold in the state. Not totally horrible BUT only one security firm met the criteria at the time of the laws creation and for some stupid ass reason no other firms are allowed to qualify now. So the one firm that met the storage criteria approves, ignores or denies the application. They accepted 6 companies as they didnt want to stretch themselves too thin.

At least this is my understanding from the reading that i have done.

That sucks! Before DIY I used to buy there. Great product…It’s where my love for medicine flower extracts came from. Josh seemed very nice guy too, sad… wish him the best!

I think unfair is the wrong word (respectfully). Corrupt seems to be the politics they’re practicing in Indiana. Too close to Chicago apparently.

Gregg wants review of vaping law; Senate leaders already taking a look

Democratic gubernatorial candidate John Gregg said, if elected, he would seek to change new laws governing the e-cigarette liquid industry, which some vaping retailers and manufacturers have called monopolistic and corrupt.

Indiana Senate leaders are also looking at the issue and impact of the law, which takes effect July 1.

If nothing else, it’s nice of you just because, every single sale they can get before closing the doors means less money down the tubes for them!

Kudos to you for helping them out, and kudos to them for sharing the love (recipes) with the community. (Still hate to see the closures all the same, or at least the quality ones)
