A friend of mine let me try his Maple Bar Donut by Barista. That’s super delicious. There is no coffee in it. I searched for a clone recipe but couldn’t find anything. Some suggestions how to create a recipes which is at least similar?

They’re not clones and won’t be the same, but you could try something like this

If you’re looking for that commercial sweetness, you might want to add sucralose or super sweet (cap)

I’d start with FLV maple bar, and all of their donuts…
example:
set your drops per ml to 50
30ml - ALL FLV
.2% Maple Bar
.4% Fried donuts
.4% Sweet Dough
.2% acetyl pyrazine
Let sit for 5-7 days and try it out.
You might have to do some adjustments, but from the sounds of it, you will come real close.
