It’s a relatively new seeetner that i initially thought was great. They don’t list what it is comprised of. But i did notice more seeetner then normal is needed to achieve a nice level of sweetness. But as you increase the the amount of SD used the flavor overall greatly diminishes and the sweetness doesn’t increase much. I smelled the SD sweetner and tasted it as is. I now believe it is ethyl malto based. It will mute your flavors if used in higher percentages. Anyone one else notice this as well?
