@daath I just ran across this, and I don’t know if @CallMeTut ever got this sorted… But if he didn’t, I strongly agree with @Pattie.
If this was never resolved, I would toss another vote for total ban, and removal of this vendor (and their free advertising thread) just so that new folks who might not read all the way to the bottom before deciding to try and do business with them. It has the potential to give ELR a black eye in the process if this in fact the way they do business.

I will just say I wouldn’t purchase another thing from them unless I tossed them an email and received a response that the item was in stock and ready to ship. They had a tendency of listing the item I had as available then would tell me that it wasn’t on the shelf now… would I like a different thing…? If I had wanted something different I would have order something different to begin with… lol
Yeah, that’s an auto no-go with me. Either it’s in Stock as listed, or you do an instant apology, after the instant refund has already been done in the hopes of trying to win my business back.
You never try and keep my money tied up in the hopes of persuading me into buying something else, especially after you’ve already had an error in performance (not tracking your own inventory properly).
