My buddy just told me Vista now ships juice to indiana. What has changed in the laws. I can’t find anything online. Obviously I don’t care as I make my own now but curious

I’m more curious than anything. When my brother told me about it he said it was something about the fda regs…but Indiana was a separate law put into place. And that’s what stopped them. Can’t find anything online either. So idk

From what I had heard, Indiana is only allowing 4 companies to make juice for all the shops. Meaning shops can no longer make their own liquid, which is why so many have moved to kentucky. It’s quite the racket and has pissed off just about everyone. This info is what I heard from a co worker who bought liquid from an Evansville Indiana vape shop.
