Yes The DISPOSABLE mesh tank LUMI from another give-away. But yours looks like a finer grade mesh material is used and placement also.

For this I would use 1 fruit DIY mix and also try 1 Custard Cream DIY mix. But lower the nic to 6mg/mL, since your coils is. 0.15ohm mesh coil.
