When I read some of the recepies I see a warning symbol in front of some flavors.
What does it means?

Have a quick read through www.e-liquid-recipes.com/guide (just a few minutes) and it’ll explain a lot of how this site works.
Since you’ve found your way to the forum already, if you want to quickly get up to speed with mixing e-liquids, have a look at the forum category E-liquids > Beginners. Especially check out the pinned topics, it’ll save you plenty time, money and frustration.
