Thank you @Sevencasper.

So sorry, brother. It’s hard when we lose a loved member of the family.

Thank you @paingawd, it’s proving to be far MORE difficult than I had expected.

Cross arms and squeeze-BIG hug from CA. It’s truly amazing just how much impact these fuzzy little nuggets of love have on our hearts. The pain of the loss never gets any easier-It just becomes more familiar.

Outstanding @paingawd, thank you.

This is proving to be very accurate.

@SessionDrummer KitKat was a very beautiful girl. I’m sorry for your loss. You have a lot of really nice pictures (memories) of her. We lost our first boy cat about 10 years ago. He was solid black and none of my pictures captured his features :frowning: . I miss him so much.

After losing Nikko, my only furry friends right now are the squirrels, rabbits and ground hogs. We also have feathered friends, the Blue Jays, who also like peanuts like the squirrels. The squirrels are bat shit crazy and they troll us around the house, peeking in the windows to find us.

With our recent loss, as well as @muth’s, and @Lynda_Marie’s, it’s been a rough stretch. It reminded us, that you can never replace, but you can build new bonds.

There was an adoption event locally, and we stumbled across some kittens, who were FIV positive, and we were concerned that they would not get good homes, or any at all. Well, they do now.

Welcome Louisa (Famous Warrior), and Sammie (God heard) to the clan …

It warms my heart to hear this. Thank you for giving the little ones a chance. Butch, the adult cat I rescued had FIV. It took 10 months to find his forever home but he did and the couple who adopted him love him so much. It broke my heart that I couldn’t take him in and I choke up till this day thinking about him because we had a bond. But I know that he’s happy with his new parents.

Is this a mountain lion? I got hooked on a YouTube channel called Luna the Pantera. A leopard kitten was rescued by a couple and they raised her with their Rottweiler. Their channel shows them playing, taking walks, basically day to day life and activities living with a Rotter and a panther.

My Maine Coon (Autumn) I’m pretty sure is depressed about the loss of Buddah…That was a tough hour before we got him in the car to rush to the ER…Not sure how to help her. She’s been laying in strange spots in the house… I’ve been bringing her into my room every night, giving her lots of treats… Any ideas?
