Yes, but I have had Orthostatic hypotension my whole life as I have lowish blood pressure.

I’m on the other end… Mysteriously the very surgery a team of surgeons and urologists had said will definitely lower my blood pressure and I’m still taking 4 a day. Was even told I could go home and not worry about my meds and I woke up 2 days after my surgery and it was in the 190s…

Makes you wonder how safe and effective these things are…

No mate, I do weight training and have for 35 years. I am 6’4" and 251 pounds which is only 30 pounds heavier than when I was 20 years old. According to the doctors, the low blood pressure and heart rate are not bad, just my body is vry efficient. :man_shrugging:

I ask bc they say runners or people who exercise regularly tend to have a lowere resting heart rate

Yeah, the trainer at the gym said the same but i have never been a runner. Hardly ever do anything cardio based. Just a freak of nature… lol
