I used to love the screaming when I was younger, but grew out if it, however I will come back to watch his live stuff, because his guitaritry amazes me:

All of us…except you.
I’m well aware. Just trying to avoid a thread about Rockers derailing into weed talk. Although I’ve heard (friend of a friend) that the two may be somehow related.
RIP Dimebag!
No gravel-throat vocals here. Just pure bad-assery! Love when Tony kicks on the wah.

Godsmack is the Nickleback of hard rock
LOL…Oh you poor misguided child.
The only album where I completely wore out 3 A sides
“We are the priests…”
Or in today’s climate “we have assumed control, we have assumed control”
@TorturedZen I just can’t seem to help myself.
We’ve taken care of everything
The words you read
The songs you sing
The pictures that give pleasure
To your eye
One for all and all for one
Work together
Common sons
Never need to wonder
How or why
We are the Priests
Of the Temples of Syrinx
Our great computers
Fill the hallowed halls
We are the Priests
Of the Temples of Syrinx
All the gifts of life
Are held within our walls
Look around this world we made
Equality
Our stock in trade
Come and join the Brotherhood
Of Man
What a nice contented world
Let the banners
Be unfurled
Hold the Red Star proudly
High in hand.
I did for about ten years or so. Hauling equipment and late nights/early mornings became more work than fun. It was a lot of fun when I was up to it.
Was never a metal head, but have always enjoyed many types of rock over the years. My friends and I play old 60’s, 70’s and 80’s rock, but all acoustic. Stuff all the way from The Falcons (Wilson Picket) to artists like CSNY, Bob Seger, Sting, ZZ Top, Dylan, America and The Goo Goo Dolls (roughly 100+ covers and 40 originals). Music, both listening and playing, is one of my true joys in life.
