Best method for steeping

Can anyone point me in the right direction please? What’s the best method for steeping? Do you leave it in a dark place? Do you remove the caps and let it breathe daily? Do you give it a warm bath? Or a mixture of all 3? I’m looking for the best method to maximise the quality of flavour… thanks in advance

hey ive been mixing for a while now and have some recipes that I love but I want to get the most out of my juice so id like to know recommended steeping times for a fruit based or a cream based juice. just trying to taste the difference

Steeping? Myth or a must?

I am not a expert mixer by any means!! I mainly follow established recipes and tweak them to taste!! However after a few hours…with a lot of shaking… I have yet to find steeping makes a difference.
