Butter cream 2.5% and vanilla whipped cream 2.5% makes a very nice rich buttercream frosting, i enjoy capellas butter cream a lot and find it comes alive around 2 - 2.5 %, i find it mutes flavors a little like most creams do but nothing too bad, i tend to use it with other creams to boost richness, especially flavorah cream which is my favorite
