I’m looking to make a PB Cookie. I am adapting @SthrnMixer Nutty Cookie recipe using the flavours I have. I will change the name of my final recipe so don’t worry.
I would want it to be buttery and nutty as well as having that sugary taste. I have seen that people use VBC for their cookies but I also know that FA Caramel plays nice with Butter Cream, hence the v1 and v2.
I haven’t made samples yet but wanted to see if I can get some feedback.
I also think that this will need to go through 7 days steeping at the least.
Just my 2 cents V1 is going to need 2 weeks d/t the VBIC and that the Biscuit is above 1.25 , I personally wouldn’t be able to tolerate it biscuit and me can only go to 1.25 ( it is just too strong ) For most ppl their guna want strong so it may play out well just steep it otherwise the VBIC can taste a little weak until it really has had some time. I do like the PB and the rest !
V2 I could see myself vaping that one and just for my sake taking the biscuit down to where I like but they both look good. My $ is on V2 and less steep time I’d imagine.
I worked on this one off and on since before Christmas. It’s a Graham cracker toasted almond forward cookie with peanut butter / butter cream back notes.
Oh my! I haven’t seen this thread in a while…It made me remember that I haven’t made @Amy2 Cool Mint Cookie in a while and I really need to do that!!! If you guys haven’t tried it, you should!!! It tastes just like a spot on clone of a Thin Mint Girl Scout cookie!
