I am starting to get the feeling I am being ignored!!! Oh well, I get the same response when I email their customer service! I ordered on October 20th a Koopor Plus in matt white and have been told five different times when they were supposed to get them in to be shipped. Needless to say I am still waiting. this is what I went through with gear best I gave them a lousy write up onsatin the reseller rating site… did you use PayPal??
I would write a review on their website including your order # and see if that gets a response??

No I didn’t use paypal…I don’t mind waiting as long as I know how long I am waiting for. They told me it would be early November then it was supposed to be every week since then. They even put on their website that it would be November 20th, but still nothing! Idk but it’s starting to piss me off being ignored like this. Thanks for the advice, if I don’t get a response in a day or so I will do just that.
