Yeah, if it were by volume the answer would probably be some flavor that I don’t actually use nearly as often as others, but use at higher percentages when I do.

I’m gonna throw my hat in the ring on this one despite the fact that it’s an impossible question to answer. 
Gonna have to go with Capella Coconut. A good portion of my favorite recipes use coconut and Cap is my favorite. 
Also…Salted Caramel (FW), Vienna Cream (FA), RY4 Double (TPA or Jungle), Green Tea (TPA), Tiramisu (Inawera), Strawberry Ripe (TPA), Strawberry Shisha (Inawera)…can I keep going?
