Bad experiences aren’t any fun. I feel brah. I had an issue with Ele*vape and the Snow Wolf. It took a little over 6 weeks to sort out. I ended with a full refund and 2 free SW TC mods. They went above and beyond with their customer service. They still get my business.

Ele8vape Shipping Woes

I placed this order on Friday the 3rd and it’s still in limbo. 5th day status… Shipping Label Created [image] I emailed Ele8vape about it on the 7th. Here’s the emails… Me I’ve been checking my tracking status and it still says Shipping Label Created. I’d like to know if this Item has shipped. THEM I have taken a look at your tracking and can see that it is not updating. I will take a look into this and see what’s going on. There could be a chance that it never made it out of our fac…

Snow Wolf Display Issue

I’m one day in on my new Snow Wolf and the display flickered then went out. This TC Mod was sent free of charge for screwing up my order. I’m contacting the sender to let them know this device is faulty. Since I didn’t buy it I hope its still under warranty. I googled this problem… but I don’t see any others with this issue. Luckily I learned the menu and I know how to operate without the display. I just don’t know the exact temps I’m using. This really, really suck.

Its only 36 bucks, so no big deal. I will say there shipping was fast if you order from US site.
My new batteries arrived Saturday and I did try out the new 100w and it worked great, just worried about the loose stuff inside.
And for all the youtube video’s I’ve watched and every body having trouble putting the batteries in the Istick 100w, all you have to do is put the positive end in first and the batteries will slide right in with little effort. Easy Peazy
