Just wanted to share my personal experience with efun.top. I made three separate orders through this company buying RTAâs. The first tanks were great, but be aware that shipping will take at least two weeks but I had no problem with that. One of my tanks was defective and leaked profusely. I emailed the company explaining the situation with my tank and never received a reply. I sent a 2nd email and no reply. I sent a message to Andy who promotes efun.top here on this site and he said to make a video proving that my tank leaked and email it to the same email address that I never received a reply from. Needless to say, but this is not acceptable. Buyer beware in ordering from this company.
That seems all to common with efun. Their customer service is atrocious, and thatâs only if you manage to get a reply from them. I had a problem with a mod I bought from them (which took 3 weeks to be delivered) and they did absolutely nothing about it. I had the same issues as you, sent numerous emails and messages but got no replies bar one saying to email them again. I havenât bought from them since, and probably wonât again.

My order number was # 100044717 and I received it back in August. The issue has already been resolved by me. When I contacted your customer service numerous times about the TC not working and the firmware not updating, I was told to contact eleaf directly. I did that and they werenât much help either. I ended up replacing it myself from a local vape shop here in Ireland. So your customers were certainly not first when I had an issue, it was nonexistent.

I know you replied to my emails and the great advice I got from your customer service was to contact eleaf directly. So I stand by what I said earlier, the customer service you provided was terrible. I took it to a local dealer, who then replaced it, which I had to pay for. I didnât keep the receipt as I didnât think I would need to. Itâs interesting that it takes a public post before efun will actually address a genuine issue.
