@andycolins I’m hoping you can help me. I’ve been vaping for 10 years, have purchased vape goods from DOZENS of online vendors over the last decade, and I’ve never had an experience as poor as my first order with Efun-top. I purchased order # 100154976 on 3/12/19. I spent a big chunk of change for me, and I never got my order. As of 4/10/19, my order is in DEAD LETTER status at DHL, AWB: 9361269903503639841827.
My order is lost, and according to DHL, I will NEVER get the goods I paid upwards of $50 for. Since then, I’ve written 4 emails, and about 5 instant messages to Efun-top Support, as the website instructed. I’ve had ZERO REPLY to any of my messages, first asking for a reship, then asking for a refund. Not only that, but my negative reviews posting that I’ve never received the items I’ve paid for have been deleted.
This is NOT ok, and certainly not an effective way to do business. I cannot afford to lose over $50. As Efun-top is the shipper of record, I cannot even file a claim with DHL.
Please, anything you can do to assist, I’d be grateful. I’m so distressed by this poor customer care, I cannot even express it.

Have you wrote email to support@efun.top? I didn’t find your email in the mailbox. Please no worries, I have asked our support team to check the order status with the shipping carrior. If the order get lost we will get full responsibility of it. We will refund you or resent you. Please check the email from support@efun,top later. Sorry about the bad experience.

I have written FIVE emails to support@efun.top. I’ve also Instant messaged support at least 4 times on the efun top site. I’ve posted to facebook, as well as filed reviews stating my items were not receive. Until yesterday, I had no response at all.
Yesterday, I’m sure prompted by my post here, they finally responded and said ‘your order made it to the US, track it with USPS’.
I responded that according to the USPS, my order was DISPOSED OF by the USPS. In other words, they threw it away. I also attached the tracking from USPS showing the same.
My order is gone. USPS and DHL have both told me they can do nothing else for me, and that I have to ask Efun.top for a refund.
I cannot be any clearer that I need a refund or a reship asap. Thank you for your assistance.

Yes, I did finally receive a response (thanks for your help!) but it was ridiculous. We spent a week emailing back and forth with the support team asking me to make calls and verify information I’d already told them I did. Finally, they said they needed verification package was destroyed by USPS. I advised the support team that verification that USPS had destroyed the package was attached to EVERY SINGLE EMAIL I’d already exchanged with them, and also provided the USPS link for them to verify it independently online. The last response I received was that they were checking with their courier who would consult USPS and verify it was destroyed. Utterly ludicrous, as I had ATTACHED PROOF IT WAS DESTROYED to every email. I’m STILL waiting on a refund or a reship. Keep in mind, I started trying to reach Efun.top support at the end of March. It is now the end of April, and I’m STILL waiting for resolution. Absolutely horrible customer care.

What the response I received said was that they were going to resend to me when they received the return.
Since I don’t believe it is EVER going to be returned, as both USPS and DHL confirm package was destroyed, no. No. thank you.
Please issue an immediate refund.
This debacle has so far taken up 2 months, and entirely too much of my time and effort. I have no intention of waiting another 2 months for Efun.top to realize that the package will not be returned, and then goodness knows how long on another package to be sent and arrive at my door.
I would like my money back now, please.
