ELR main page is doing this and after about 3mins it says unable to load.

Yep, it happened out of nowhere. I’ve been getting alerts all day long.
Trying to figure out what happened; it doesn’t look like an attack, at least not the ones I am used to seeing…

It loads very slowly yes, but none of the buttons are working as of yet.
