@muth I just chatted with Dan, and he’s all good now. Sounds like his whole house shared the COVID, but now, they’re all fit as fiddles, and touting their New and Improved, All Natural antibodies !!!

Think again… Omaha houses a bunker at Offutt Air Force base where the president is taken during national emergencies. NE also has 2 nuclear plants, Hornady Mfg that produces ammo for police/military worldwide, an Army Ammunition plant built in 1942 to produce munitions during World War II, the Korean War, and the Vietnam War plus the buried missiles. Now we will be better off the next time we get it.
I was sick for 13 and a half days. I could have been sick for 3 to 7 days if my doctor and thousand of doctors across the globe weren’t a bunch of ninnies. I prefer the way Bogan would say it; " a bunch of cunts ". Our family doctor has been treating us for 40 years or so and I had to call him a coward to his face. I was sick AF and only wanted him to help me get better but he is a coward. Even if he wasn’t, the pharmacies won’t give what needs giving.
Oops, my bad. I was telling y’all that we are better now. No thanks to anybody that works in the Medical field, unless some of y’all do because the only help and support I received were from my ELR and Vape Community Family.
The best part of the whole ordeal was the fact that my Mummy (mom) only had a mild case of it that lasted no more than 3 days. she turned 70 this year and the elderly are having a hell of a time with covid so that was a big relief.

And what about the “old cheese” eh? It’s not meant as an insult but here in Australia some of us “older” folk refer to our mother as the “old cheese”. Absolutely no idea where that term came from but it was always said with affection

Wow Dan, I’m glad to hear that Mummy didn’t have to suffer terribly. Sounds like she’s got a strong constitution. Like my grandma used to say, “We have strong blood!”
I’m happy to hear that all of you recovered. Were you tested for the so called Delta variant?..just curious about that. I hear that they are developing an antiviral pill now but don’t even know if it’s available. Why they won’t use the antivirals that we already have is a mucked up mystery to me. Anyway, glad you’re okay.

@TorturedZen I’m going to GUESS here, and surely @Dan_the_Man can post if up OG style. I’m guessing that since Dan was already infected, he was wanting some of the non-vaccine assistance, but his Primary Care Physician wouldn’t prescribe any.
