Just from first hand observation, enforcement of this rule of “law” is questionable
FDA RULE * Check photo ID of everyone under age 27 who attempts to purchase any tobacco product.*
They will send in an agent slightly under the age of 27 but still legally able to purchase tobacco products,when the clerk fails to check for a proper photo ID, they proceed with issuing a notice or arrest citation.
After 26 years of Law enforcement I will say peoples perception of age is as subjective as the taste of e-liquid concentrates if not more so.
Point being their enforcement numbers are flawed at the core.
