Greek yogurt is like my lime in my tobacco, Winstin.
It helps to support the custard while acting as a contrasting cream.
It gives the maple butter bar an edge that without using it, would just be a messy mass of sweetness.
Between the treats and the popcorn, and before the custard on the exhale, it will hit the back of your throat as a âwhatâs thisâ
I toyed with this recipe for about 5 months now and itâs ready to go.
