What’s the role of the Greek yogurt in this one?

Greek yogurt is like my lime in my tobacco, Winstin.
It helps to support the custard while acting as a contrasting cream.
It gives the maple butter bar an edge that without using it, would just be a messy mass of sweetness.
Between the treats and the popcorn, and before the custard on the exhale, it will hit the back of your throat as a “what’s this” :smiley:

I toyed with this recipe for about 5 months now and it’s ready to go.
Make sure you follow the steep time… might give it more than a week… but right there is where it’s all mingly and happy… it only gets better from that week pinpoint :slight_smile:
