They practically give away those @#$%^&* 5-mode lights while you have to pay top dollar for a simple on/off model. I dedicated an entire evening searching Amazon to find these and I kinda wish I had got the 4-pack because, they don’t say it, but these bad boys take a 21700

In that case, the Nitecore is exactly what you need. You’ll pay a premium, but you’re likely doing more than looking behind the couch
That’s a marketing term I don’t even pay attention to anymore. That and ABSOLUTELY FREE! (I remember when a simple FREE! was good enough.)
