I had a problem too. I didn’t get a order confirmation either. All I got was my debit card being charged and for the next three day’s a reminder to finish my order.

I got my answer in an email. Nothing they can do about the code but they sent me an equivalent gift card for the 22% off code I would have got. I’ll use that for the out of stock items :+1
