Koopor brand ~ What do you guys think?

Ok so my first attempt at titanium, i chose to run it on this, dual coil, 7 wraps each at 2.5mm coming in at .19
Ive got it set to HARD and temp at 560F
Im watching my resistance jump to .31 and the highest temp the display has shown is 470
F
And flavor is non existent, unless you consider cotton a flavor.
No dry hits, but my juice flavor is nil.
Im set to titanium, but the only tcr i see is for nickel??? And ive got that set at 00060 and just tried 00050(now at 00040 is marginally better but still bleck!)
Ive got my posts cranked down, checked and quadruple checked, even wicked it, wet it, fired it and cranked down again.
This is 26g from Unkamen.
What am i doing wrong???

HELP!!!

Try setting at MIN or SOFT to start. See if you notice a difference. Does Kooper do the Upgraduation like Smok?Iā€™ve heard a lot of mention that titanium doesnā€™t really excite the flavor until your sub .1 ohms too.

200 watts with 1 18650?

What? I never said that. This thread was started when there was no Koopor Plus. You must be thinking of the Koopor Plus. This thread was about the Koopor Mini 60wā€¦

Iā€™m working my way downā€¦but shits weak, its too cold compared to kanthal, even with the temp all jacked up and set to hardā€¦yeah, Iā€™ve got vapor, but no flavor and no heat.

Iā€™m assuming it is because the resistance is climbing.

Oh and before anyone asks, I cleaned the wire really good with vodka til no more residuals came off onto my towel.

Thanks BB for your inputā€¦Iā€™m still grasping at straws in hopes of getting this right tonight, otherwise Iā€™ve gotta rebuild another tank tonight so I can vape tomorrowā€¦which will likely be the case.

What tank are you using? Single coil it appears? Be aware the coil you built should have a resistance around .3 ohms. If it is steady at .31 then it is most likely correct. You need to get that resistance down to below .1 ohms according to @Pro_Vapes. This is the coil I plan when my 22g Ti wire comesā€¦

Are you using a Spaced, or a Contact coil. Use a Spaced coil like thisā€¦

At this time you have too many wraps. cut it down to 4. I highly recommend you get some 24g and 22g ti wire so you can get that resistance down. Probably most desirable would be 22g. I use a 3mm ID to get plenty of juice inside my coil. I honestly do not know what you are doing to the performance by playing with the TCR but as you stated it clearly says itā€™s for nickel. I leave mine at 00050. Youā€™re complaining itā€™s too cool. I noticed something. I donā€™t think the Koopor is completely accurate reading the resistance. Adjusting the AIO higher by about .1 ohms will be more accurate and give you a hotter vape. Once your build is right and your basic settings adjusted then you will probably want it set on HARD and in the 480 to 560 range temperature. Hope this helps you a bitā€¦

Iā€™m running a dual coil set up on an original Billow.
I finished the tank as well as the battery, cleaned the coil by brushing it with a pipe cleaner and vodka.
The wick I pulled did look a lil burnt for only being in there for one tank.
Before I did the tear down, I kinda followed Big Benny ā€™ s suggestion by setting it soft, that was real weak so I bumped it to normal and then began adjusting my temp down, slowly noticing flavor elements but never had a WOW moment.
I switched it to VW mode and had to crank to the full 60w and got nowhere close to 4vā€¦still meh.
Switched back to temp and started paying attention to the watts hovering around 45, and it got a lil betterā€¦still no wow. At this point I was at 470* and I was beginning to see temp protection.
In temp mode on thisā€¦there arenā€™t enough watts to achieve much over 500* with a .19 buildā€¦so I fail to see how this mod could handle a build as low as your(and PVs) suggestion. BUT I will try it out on my cube this weekend.

So after cleaning, checking my post screws (which were tight), wicking and refilling, I decided to slowly add the temps upwardā€¦but it still tastes bleck! ā€¦just like cotton.

.19 ohms 2.5mm 26g ti dual coils spaced with 7 wraps each
At 450* it bumps TCā€¦but there arenā€™t enough watts with a build this low to even need temp control on this device above 450*

I can tell yeah what not to do. This is my first round with titanium. I made SS 24g 5 wrap deul coil parillel 2.5mm. It came out to 0.08. And was hot as hell. So much vapper i couldnā€™t take it. It was to hot. I will tey to bring the temp down. But im tired lol

I donā€™t taste cotton today, but still lacking flavor

I saw a new Koopor 3x 18650 mod on here last night and cant find it now???

This one?

SMOX may be onto something, but thatā€™s waaaay more watts than Iā€™ll ever need. Thatā€™ll be good for extreme vapors, but it doesnā€™t sound practical for your average vaper. To each his thoā€¦ I donā€™t want to be a hater. I just lost faith in SMOK mods. It should have great battery life below 100Ws.

Looks nice but smok lossed my business with the cube 2.
I never vape any where near those wattages anyway and donā€™t intend to try.

Yeah, but that cheese grater function thoā€¦

Oh, I wasnā€™t praising it. Just linking it since he asked. I still like my xCubes, as you know, but Iā€™ll never buy a Kooper. I know itā€™s the same owner, but Smok never made you do hardware dongles or send in the mod at your own cost for firmware updates. Besides that thing looks like a giant sized Star Trek Communicator.

Btw thank you, Ive got a friend who likes Kooporā€¦sent him the link.

Its funny cause Koopors own website and app doesnt even feature the Primus yet.

Haha, the Primus, sailing the seas of grated cheese lol
