I bet!!
The day I find someone doing Scotch flavoring, it is so on!!
Best I can do for your request @Sprkslfly,
But hey, when you find me some Don Julio concentrate, let me know and Iāll make a better Margaritaā¦
Tom Collinsteam looks great, mixing it this weekend! Thanks!
Have you tried the FW Tequila flavor, and if so, how was it?
And if it was good did you happen to create a Tequila Sunrise recipe?
Yes, way back I did when it first came out. I couldnāt get the results out of it that I wanted, something was always missing no matter what I did. I should try it again to it as I believe it may have been reformulated, not sure. It was very much like Tequila, I just couldnāt get it to balance the way I wanted. Maybe Iāll go back to it sometime, worth a āshotā rightā¦
This is a great thread. Can we just keep it going as our Liquor/Liqueur/Cocktail thread?
I got some great INW Cocktail/Liqueur flavors when RTSVapes was dumping in Aug. ā¦need to get testing. Thanks @Beaufort_Batches for all the āmixersā! Letās see I gotā¦
Aroma Whiskey (INW)
Cherries in Liqueur (INW)
Cognac (INW)
Jamacian Rum (INW)
Some Cactus might add that Agave flavor
Name edited accordingly good sir.
Ha! Well I didnāt mean to request the change, Gin Oāclock was pretty catchy I am not sure this has been a topic before ā¦but I have been waiting for it. Currently I am USB cleaning my 10ml needle bottles. I will make a batch of diluent which is just my 70/30/nic no flavors. Then make 5-10% concentrations of Cognac (INW) etc and hot test with a plain Custard (already steeped 4 weeks+) in my RDA ā¦get a quick idea if itās smart or dumb.
I see many of the above are mixed with fruits and it will be interesting to collide some pure liquor flavors with existing steeped juices. Hmmm brain tasting some Cherries in Liquer (INW) with simple Custard ā¦results to follow. May find of course that it was all in my mind and may not be that easy to make something vapable ā¦and why these were almost a giveaway on RTS (60% off?)
Hereās a couple @BoDarc, I have more at home on my PC saved. Iāll look through them and see what I can dig out when I get the chance. Iāll add some to this thread when I do.
Inawers liquors are quite impressive but Iāve not tried their Jamaican Rum. I have some recipes saved to PC with some using Inawera and Iāll share a few when I can.
Gracias mucho Hombre! Wow I have a recipe named after me? I have officially (ok unofficially) graduated from Newb status I welcome myself to DIY 201
Jamaican rum is on my to buy list. Which inawera liquors have you tried/would you recommend? (No comments from the peanut gallery, @Pugs1970 )
how very dare youā¦as if Iād stoop so low as to insinuate that it seems unlikely that you donāt already have thatā¦I would never ā¦(munch munch)ā¦
I donāt believe there has been a Booze threadā¦
This one is betterā¦
Iāve not tried INA Jamaican Rum, I have FAās but itās does not have a rum flavor really and itās more like a deep pronounced vanilla. It sure is good in bakeries though. I see that ECX is having a 15% sale starting today on Inawera concentrates and I think I will order their Jamaican Rum along with some I need to re-up my inventory.
Itās really too bad ECX doesnāt carry the INW Rum (plain). That stuff is the heat; tastes just like Golden/Amber rum. Now, the INW Jamaican Rum may be just as good, but I havenāt tried it. Lemme know what you think after you try the INW JM.
Ok @Kinnikinnick, Iāll keep you posted on that INW JM. I have spoke to some other long time DIYers in my click. Weird, no one I know has tried it either, just FAās.
I felt the same way about the FA JM as you did. I was expecting a dark flavorful rum, having sampled just about every real dark rum maker out there, but nope; the FA JM is nothing like the real stuff.
