Yes I’m from Finland, from south- east part of it.
Luckily we have very lively and all the time growing group of vapours here, very talented juice mixers and all kind of "cloud chasers."
I’m member of few foreigner forums and few Finish also but I prefer this forum as the best one.
Recipes are very important but here is much more things to looking for.
As a matter of fact(speaking of nicotine) owner of Chemnovatic Mr. Emil Soltan send mail to me cause of contact earlier and at the moment I’m wrighting mail back to him.
I’m asking for his influence to Molinshop(Sobucky Ltd owner of Molinshop) for getting bigger bottle sizes whit stronger nictine, 100mg/ml/ 1 litre.
He is wrighting that they have established an agreement that Sobucky Ltd is reponsible for individual customers and resellers but I’m asking why here in Europe we can’t buy such of big and stronger amounts of nic that you can in US after all Company is European and there is no law for stopping that.
We have had few mails between of us and he seems to be very nice gentleman so I let you know naturally if something intresting happens.

In many EU countries there is a 75 mg/ml limit unless you have a license to work with poisons - At least that’s my understanding. I know UK has a law like that. So the max they sell is 72 mg/ml…

Ok and thank’s for the information.
For exsample in Estonia is possible for selling 100mg/ml, maybe even stronger so hope that Chemnovatic find a store whic is willing to sell and have possibility also for exsamle up to 1 litre/100mg/ml?

Sorry, what I meant was, one can only purchase Nic bases with up to 36mg/ml. Nic. One can’t purchase a base with a higher Nic content without being a “business”.

Also, @authormichellehughes I’m not including Health Cabin because they aren’t that popular and as far as I know, the only place that has them is OSDIY. Thank you, JoJo, a hell of a lot of work there, and I have greatly appreciated and benefited by your efforts. I hope bringing up this old thread isn’t untoward, but if I may, I would like to share my input to cheap flavors.
I find DIYvapor to have the best selection, but the worst prices. DIY eliquid has good prices for many flavors. Ecigexpress is really good for small test vials of Loran flavors. But hands down, I like wizardlabs for the cheapest prices on small vials of most brands, including INW. To beginners, the most bang for the buck is trying out each flavor at the cheapest prices. Most of the trial flavors will be abandoned, once we decide what flavors we really like. So the most important thing is to be able to buy the greatest number of flavors, regardless of size. Lorran’s dram size is usually enough to make that decision, and future purchases are best served by the price of 30 or 120 mls of the flavor that you know will use.
