Hey everyone just for clarification,

www.NicotineRiver.com is accessible to all customers, however this site intentionally caters to the bulk side of the industry and does not offer as much variety when compared to a Bull City for example. With higher order minimums such as liters and gallons for all products.

For those of you curious about how to get nicotine, it’s still possible, but only for those of you that can provide us with the following,

Proof of business documentation. Whether it be a document with your EIN, or a business certificate from your state.
A commercial shipping address. Shipping nicotine to residential addresses is unfortunately prohibited.

Anyone else…could you leave me a bottle of Hangsen French Vanilla Ice Cream, lol. It’s the only place “in town” to get it.

Forget it, sold out! Even the FA staples I wanted to stock up on are gone already. Meh, I’m always missing the boat on these sales.

Good news though, we do plan on replenishing a handful of the products on the site as we still have excess inventory pending input.

Good and bad, I really wanted the FlavourArt Rum Jamaica, but it was out of stock when I checked out and now it’s back again.

Can you tell if there is an opportunity to add it to an existing order by contacting your customer service?

@Nicotine_River I don’t know if this is reasonable, or possible, but if you DO know which products you’ll be replenishing, could you share that, if possible ?? I was loading a cart, and things were going OOS while I was still carting.

Sorry to hear this. Yet another staple in the vaping community falling victim to the PACT act. Hope the best for you and your employees.
@Nicotine_River I have a question for you, if you are willing and able to answer. Question is was this move an internal decision or is it being forced by outside entities? Those of us in the diy community have assumed, whch we all know what that means, that flavorings and vg/pg were safe due to the fact that they are used in multiple applications. I just wondering if other suppliers are going to be forced into the same situation, and we need to stock up on what we thought was safe.

@Jmars Regarding your question, this closure is an intentional decision. Although the PACT Act definitely complicated our situation, this was a business decision as being unable to ship nicotine to DIY/Consumer customers hindered the DIY diluent/flavor side of things greatly. After allowing things to work out for some time, we reviewed the numbers and it was deemed unsustainable for us to only offer flavorings/diluents to the DIY community.

To add to your concern though, I unfortunately cannot speak for the other distributors. I can confirm though, the PACT Act does not technically apply to flavors/diluents. However, with the way things come and go this may change.

So basically ya it started with the Pact Act lol…Just messing with ya , I am definetely going to miss you all . I remember when you first opened . The way you all included us in the decisions to move to smaller bottles and what companies should be done first etc . RS/ NR has always had close ties to the DIY community …Again Thank You

Thank you for the timely response, as always. My entire family is upset about the closure as I used your products for ejuice and my wife would use the concentrates for baking some crazy good cakes and pastries and we all added them to our water and iced tea. You will be missed by many. Again good luck in the future

You are pretty much right. I find it funny that the government is trying to create jobs and get people back to work, but they sneak a bill into the end of year omnibus that has basically decimated an industry, and put hundreds if not thousands of people out of work.
