Sadly there is no way for us to provide nicotine to non-business customers via any shipping method. If you are ever able to receive a shipping rate, all orders are reviewed by our team as well for precaution. This is not the news we hoped to have, however it’s all we can provide. We grew with the DIY community and will forever cherish it, however the FDA has made the prohibition of nicotine to non-businesses clear to us.
