Guys. I love your prices and service (without a doubt) but you have to be losing business by sticker shock alone for those who either arenā€™t familiar with the forum, or canā€™t be bothered to drop you an email inquiry (with regards to the shipping cost ā€œissuesā€).

Not to mention raising overhead costs for the CSR time spent in PMā€™s. :wink:
