I’d go with a 3:1 ratio. I use 24mg nic in PG and mix between 30 PG/70 VG and 40/60. I use about three times as much VG as I do PG.

EDIT: Are you asking how much VG you should get in your nicotine? That depends on you and what you want your final ratio to be and what strength you’re buying. If you’re just starting, I don’t recommend going over 48mg. PG based nic is easier to use because its thinner, but you won’t get super high VG with it.
