For some reason as good as butter raw is i cant get it to work in mixes that need butter. It weird because its such a amzing butter by itself but when i try to get that butter note in a mix it changes most of the time to taste like a glaze and not butter. I can only seem to get the butter note in mixes when using cheaper type butters

I’ve actually never mixed with it. It’s interesting you say that. Daniel used to use it all the time, I’ll have to ask him about that and see if he gets the same. I like VT butter base, or even golden butter.
