I have two. First one I had to clean up the 510 threads with a die and then the series deck holes needed some cleaning with a 3/32 bit. The airflow ring is still very snug but also needs a heavy coat of VG on the o rings and ring to work. I’m with @woftam with maybe taking .001" off the airflow ring cause once the tank is screwed sown tight, the ring is set in place. The Titan is just a much larger version of the aromizer plus and love them both!

I agree with you on many points especially that steam crave makes things right. They are an active company in that they continue to make things they make better. They recently changed the top cap of the aromizer to a larger knurled type so it’s easier to open and close. I’m sure they will fix the airflow ring as well

I did exactly that (took a little more than .001" ) with some 2000 grit wet and dry about an hour ago and it has freed up that afc and jfc.

That’s awesome woftam, gonna do that too. I stopped closing the JFC and just fill it up with the 18ml glass, hasn’t leaked on me yet but too chicken to try it with the 28ml…lol

Did you bevel the inside top so it doesn’t snag the rings going on or leave it alone?
Just left it there were no sharp edges and i didn’t take a lot off it.

I had to order a whiterose N1 style enclosure with NLPWM board. It accommodates the huge tank. Right now it looks kinda funky but of course works.

He made a ridiculously good looking stab wood that held 40mm, I am sure he can stretch that to 41 without much trouble. Plan on ordering one after the holdays.

I just put the air flow ring on some 600 wet or dry paper and took a bit off one side then polished the inside of the ring as well to remove some sharp o ring cutting edges. I don’t know how much was taken off but it’s a LOT smoother now
