The new “deep water” build

Some people still remember @Pro_Vapes deep water titanium coil build, I found a new version that is at the complete opposite end of the spectrum. Currently I am running a single coil 4 wrap 2.5mm id coil with 22g titanium in my fumytech rose mtl rta…ohms out at 0.08 and cranks out the flavor with 25 watts and my temp between 420-450f, if you have the rose mtl rta and some 22g ti laying around give it a try! It’s my favorite build in this tank so far.

I’ll take a pic next time I rewick it lol but it’s not much for coil porn, just simple round wire, have you checked out the coil show off thread? I used to post there all the time but it kinda died off and I felt like I was the only one posting so I just stopped, might have to revive it though lol

This is my all time favorite build to date. This build crank out more vapor and flavor than any of my previous builds. I hope someone try this build and let me know what you think. I don’t do MTL. No 22g Ti but I have 24g. Would it work on a regular DL RTA?

Read @Pro_Vapes original post that @SessionDrummer was kind enough to add in this thread, I found a huge difference switching from 24g to 22g even at the same power levels, when I was using 24g I had to have my temps in the 540+ temp range to get close to the warmth I normally like.

The rose mtl rta is barely mtl, it works like a restricted lung hit for me, close to the ammit 22 rda but just a little bit tighter of a draw, but nowhere near as tight as something like the berserker rda, I’ve really been liking restricted DL setups in the 20-35w Range here lately, my absolute favorite Style is the hermetic rda in the 40-50 watt range but I broke both my ceramic pieces for it and can’t find replacements. Probably be picking up a recurve soon, most people’s complaints about it is that it has too tight of a draw, sounds perfect to me lol

I normally use SS316L in wattage mode and go by heat flux, using that I’m usually around 250 heat flux which is pretty middle of the road as far as how warm my vape is, but 24g ti was an exceptionally cool vape unless I pushed the temp way way up, given the same coil wattage and same vape experience I run 22g ti at a way lower temp, it doesn’t make sense mathematically but that doesn’t prevent it from being something myself and many others have noticed…idk lol

I do have some ti and ss… think one of them was from rabbit something or another??
I dunno but I do have a big stash of wires… what can I say, I like to make jewelry sometimes too… not often… have to be in the mood.
