Good Idea, wish I had stuck at it.
Problem was I made with an existing vendor just helping out, and I started selling some myself but as soon as I heard about the TPD i quit. But recently I heard if he registers the juice he couldâve put my name and re-brand on it too at no extra cost.
Not sure if the info was correct though and as usual I canât remember where I saw it.
this is for the box, more information can be found at http://nerudia.com/tpd/tpd-information-in-the-uk/
Wow! Great find!
You have to list the flavours?!
That could be awkwardâŠ
haha, IDK i list my flavors so i can track my recipe changes, then if it goes the wrong way I can backup the ELR recipe to what tasted good before I ruined it.
If your not using a box, you can attach a information leaflet to the bottle. more information here https://www.gov.uk/government/uploads/system/uploads/attachment_data/file/520559/Labeling_Guidance.pdf which says: Bottle of e-liquid with no further packaging other than an information leaflet
attached to the bottle via tag or other means The labelling requirements must be applied to the bottle, via label, pull-out label or other means.
Thatâs the page I was looking for thank you
Welcome friend
That site had the bottle label design too but it seems to be a broken link now, itâs a bloody nightmare, will just have to put it off till I am sure what Iâm doing or tell them I think the design is compliant print 50,000 labels at your own risk.
The same information that would be presented on the cardboard carton has to be on the bottle label itself if there is no cardboard carton and you intend to present the bottle for retail sale instead.
I think there is also a requirement to have an information leaflet either inside the box or attached to the bottle.

Hi thanks just going to cobble something together as best I can using the information available.
The US bottles list the contents thusly:
Ingredients:
Propylene Glycol
Vegetable Glycerine
Nicotine
Natural and artificial flavors
so the contents as far as flavors are somewhat generalized
