Doubtful they represent a current solution to residential delivery and they do have a minimum shipping quote/business of 500/day BUT this could be viable, at least for B-B deliveries in the short term.

How to ship vape products

For all the new restrictions and regulations, there is good news: one company hasn’t folded under the increased pressure brought by big changes. The shipping carrier simply known as ‘X’ isn’t afraid of a little red tape. ‘X’ will verify the age of the purchaser and obtain the required signature of the adult, as outlined in the PACT Act, with every vape-related delivery.

As per the new PACT Act requirements, all packages containing vaping items cannot weigh more than 10 pounds and all vape shipping packages will be slapped with a sticker full of legal jargon. This sticker will state that the contents of the package include cigarettes, smokeless tobacco, or nicotine, along with a reminder of the taxes owed according to the law.

Unlike the USPS which had no choice but to dispense with shipping vaping items altogether, major shipping services like FedEx and UPS walked away and left consumers hanging by choice. But even with multiple carriers stepping away from vape shipping, vape fans wanting to shop online for their favorite juices, and devices can still receive the front door delivery they need thanks to shipping carrier ‘X’.

‘X’ has shrugged off the traditional approach taken by typical logistics carrier companies. Rather than shunning technology and avoiding field innovation, the ‘X’ team are tech-focused transportation pros. This forward thinking approach puts the company in the perfect position to successfully handle the new restrictions and regulations placed on vape deliveries with ease. ‘X’ has long made it their goal to fix the broken side of shipping logistics. From optimizing delivery routes to in-motion supply chain assets, this shipping carrier has an eye on the future. It’s clear that vape fans may have just found a “win” after the passing of the PACT Act after all.

Omg, I know. I’ve lost my determination to go crazy and stock up. I have my nic and plenty of other things but the enthusiasm about new gear is waning. I’m still going to try and order from China just because I have a rebel in me and want the pleasure of seeing it get through

So how will this work? Are our favorite online vendors just going to offer shipment through “X” carrier next time we order after the mail ban deadline?

I bought nic about a year ago to stock up when I heard about possible bans…Im hoping itll last me until I can get down to zero nic so I have no concerns about nic. My main concern is mods and tanks. I never bothered buying a bunch cause my money was being spent on flavors and spending the time crafting my ejuices…besides I didnt want to go overboard on buying a bunch that I noticed alot of you do.

Right now I only have 2 Aegis solos mods and 5 MTL RTA tanks so I do my own coils. I know the mods and tanks will eventually give out before I feel like Im ready to walk away from vaping altogether. I think I should probably get a few more Solos and tanks… how many mods and tanks should one consider having on hand in case we arent able to get any mods or tanks once the ban comes into affect… Now Im kinda kicking myself in the butt for not stock piling and buying all these mods and tanks thru out the years like you all done. Ya I know,Im new to understanding the mail bans on vape products. Ive been offline for several months… I was taking a break from the internet and I come back to finding out this horrible news. :unamused:

In reality it may become difficult for a while to obtain hardware, especially that which you may have a fondness for. But, going forward there will always be devices for sale, either at a vape shop or through private sale, even though they may not be your preferred choice. The real threat at the moment and probably in the future is nicotine. They will probably build on the WHO recommendation to kill open vaping (it just makes tracking closed system sales easier for taxation anyway), but there will always be attys for sale, one way or another. That said, if it is in your budget buy some more rta/rdas and a couple solid mods, of your choice now, especially if it eases your mind.

When I was building my stash since all my devices are regulated I chose the 2y assumption with 3 mods in rotation daily. Granted most of my mods will last years longer but every manufacturer occasionally has a product dud that slips by qc. For rtas I’ve stocked glass and orings for years. Wire and wick won’t be hard to resource down the road so no need to worry over that. Truthfully neither will orings but prefer to have those on hand. Threads are probably the weak point for longevity so I have at least 5-10 of my favorites.

if you can afford it = get more nic, i say this not knowing how much you have.
get more mods, they are going on sale now. otherwise we will be able to get the other stuff one way or another, though it could cost a lot more than what we are paying now = $50 mods now, from a shop 1 year from now $140+

I’m going to tell you not to wait. I’ve been trying to pick up hardware, mods, tanks, and spare parts, every pay, some of the orders are taking 3 to 6 days to be processed and picked. I’m not sure how it’s going to work if you have an order picked the last week of March and possibly isn’t ready to ship before the April 5th cutoff

From what I understand, online shopping cutoff is 26 March and shipping cutoff is around 20th April. Bottom line is - get your orders in before the 26th

Interesting thing I heard… not sure if true… South Dakota had added a law saying Eliquid was and is the same as tobacco… now first sight I figured it was bad till it was explained to me. With Eliquid and tobacco being put in the same boat if they try to ban ejuice they also have to ban tobacco. So to put it simply if Tabacco companies which we all realize are the ones behind this would try to ban only ejuice in that state they would be killing themselves in the process.

Problem is that you apply logic to this. They want nothing to do with a tobacco ban. Far to generous of a revenue stream to lose.

Thanks for the update, made me reread the article on vaping360 about the pact act. Makes sense order cutoff on March 26th because the pact act takes affect on the 27th. So about 2 weeks to get a couple more orders in, sorry bank account.
