You would have to step up to at least an Opus or a SkyRC to get the functions to increase the charge, which also has a fan [and a heat sink on the SkyRC]

The time will depend on the age of the batteries…and how much charge was on them when you put them in to charge.
4 hours is common if they have a low charge to begin. Are the new batteries that you just received ? If so, they may have come 50% charged, and won’t take as long…
I know this won’t help you, but it’s for FYI
A charger like the Opus BT-C3100 will allow you to easily scroll through the display, where you can see the Mah level in the battery, among the many other features and functions.

Ya, if they are new and never been charged, I would let them charge til finished…

Best advice ever as most rechargeable batteries have a “memory” and you may set their upper limit. However if they’re new they may have already been close to fully charged and you’ll be all set soon
