Another company (VTA reseller) has reached out to Impact Flavours and offered to purchase the formulations, but Impact is absolutely not cooperating with anyone atm…

I would imagine they would sell it on and just keeping quiet for now as everyone is panic buying and they will let some people know the last minute of the change or … the company is just changing name for tax dodging reasons

Why did they close down anyway? Vaping is illegal without prescription in Australia and having “vape” in your business name is not legal. I just assumed they would relaunch with a new name if it was legal stuff holding them up? Was it financial? Maybe they need more money to pay their debt than they are being offered for the recipes?
Edit to add: Aus has had record numbers of small business closures over the past few years. They definitely don’t give any tax breaks to the little guys.

Got a new bookshelf and some lights for the flavor stash! This is such a huge upgrade. I previously had a giant L shaped desk i was no longer using, and I could hardly walk through this room.
Picture is just a mockup, I have some raceway coming to hide all of the wires lol

I LOVE the old school TPA only layering. I wonder why TPA discontinued that one. I searched and searched, and only saw vague refereinces to “ethical farming” of coffee beans over there, not even sure if it was the legit reason.

I don’t know for sure but my thinking is probably due to poor sales. I’ve read the reviews on so many classic TPA flavors where the reviews are really bad. Though a lot of those flavors are terrible as single flavors, but they work great in a mix after steeping.
Way too many mixers want that instant gratification (Shake N Vape) rather than waiting for flavors or recipes to steep.

Sounds like it could be.
And that is one of my fears about doing so many SFT. Some flavors CAN be shit singularly, and under a spotlight, BUT, when tempered, mixed, layered and steeped they can have greater value.

Yeah, roger that. The coffee, and choco milk airbornes were fairly prevalent, just from their bottles, so it was hard to completely identify the culprit. Now that I look at the OG images, it looks like the VTA Vanilla Ice Cream may be low !!!
Not enough to comlain about, but I’ll send King Flavours the pictures anyway, so they can talk to the “Bottle Tightener Guy”.
