All you need to do is drill one hole in a cheap clamp and you have the same thing apart from no reel holder.
The reel holder is handy to have but I’ve just costed the jig up and I can make and print exactly the same for 60p!

If you use swivels at the other end of your core wire and keep it tight it will not twist
