Nope, still haven’t received it…not to mention, another giveaway gift that was forwarded to me by a member here, whom I won’t mention without their permission but they can feel free to let you guys know who they are (some people don’t like shout outs!), but I still haven’t received that one either…I did hear from them when I first reached out about this one, but nothing since for 28 days now…and the first kit that I won, the original Cosmo kit, I was given the shipping info for, but I never received it…the shipping info still says the same thing if I look it up now, and no one at Vaptio ever let me know if they received it back or not…all the shipping info says is that it was out for delivery, but that it was never delivered…post office said they may have accidently sent it back to Vaptio, but that they couldn’t find it anywhere…I have been waiting since March 11th for that one…

I’m gonna take a leap here and predict that @Vaptio_official won’t be contacting us. I will start giving them bad review all over my social media if they don’t respond…

I’m a little annoyed as well, @Dan_the_Man. I’m going to try it when it arrives, but it will be gifted to a still smoking friend with a bunch of goodies so she can start her vape-adventure… and she’s really excited!
I’ll email the US Vaptio team with my info once more, and hope they take pity on me. lol

@Natawa77 ya, at this point I am not expecting anything at all to come from @Vaptio_official They have refused to answer any form of contact. Well, to tell the truth, I never used any of the info that @anon28032772 provided above. For me, I am not going to try and contact them for a prize that I won. If I had a problem with a purchase then that would be different. That’s just me, I kinda hope someone does but if not… @SunnyT has been waiting for 2 other prizes from them for much longer. I don’t see us getting it and as for me, I won’t be purchasing from @Vaptio_official and if anyone asks I’ll let them know they may not get what they ordered and they probably won’t be able to get any customer service but for now, I’ll just wait.

I AM going to continue to try to reach them, because I’ve already promised the kit to a smoking coworker! Woman has a child, works full time… she needs to be bloody vaping. lol
Since I got no response from the email I sent to them, I’ve tracked down two of their facebook pages and sent messages… hopefully that will reach someone else in marketing who actually gives a hoot. I did make it clear that not only did the three of us not get contact on this prize, but that there were prizewinners from PREVIOUS Vaptio contests who still haven’t heard from or received prizes they were promised.
Seriously, guys. Running a contest and giving away goodies is a nice thing… getting to actually watch the winners ENJOY the prizes you’re giving away even better. Come on, now.
I still cant believe after @delltrapp helped us out, tracked them down and explained, and they said they’d be ‘right on it’, we’ve still not had so much as an instant message.

OMG, someone from Vaptio emailed me! Didn’t say anything, but asked someone named bear to confirm my prize. Thinking they’re finally responding. We shall see. Crossing fingers.

I think they were responding to my previous email… the one I sent to support@vaptio. The vaptio team was asking bear to assist. They included him in my email trail. Here’s the sum of the email:

So hopefully they’ll show up here and IM everyone… but if you want to be proactive, I’d send an email to support@vaptio and bear@vaptio w link to the contest, and give them your shipping details, as well, just so if someone is actioning the request, they’ll already have what they need to ship yours out, and avoid further delays collecting your info.

I just got a ‘tracking’ message, but it provided just a generic ‘track anything’ link with no information, and no actual tracking AWB number, or carrier. I’ve asked for the details re: tracking, since the link is useless without an airway bill. Sigh. lol

same here. I gotta say, I would find it very difficult to ever purchase any thing from them, nor could I recommend them to a anybody. At this point, I really could care less if it comes or not.

Hold that thought, @Dan_the_Man… Mine came yesterday! I was pretty fed up, myself, but I’m thrilled it came, because this is a NICE little starter kit! And since my intention was to gift it to a coworker who’s still smoking, that’s just perfect.
It comes with 2 coils… a 1.6 I believe, and a .7 ohm. I tried only the .7, but it works well at the L M and H power selections. I think they’re 10 watt increments, L 10, M 20, and H 30, which is kind of weird, because both of their coils have recommended power settings somewhere in the middle. Dying to know if anyone has an Aspire coil lying around, because I think they might possibly be cross compatible with the coils that my old Aspire kit used to take.
I don’t have any of them hanging around, so couldn’t try… but the .7 ohm coil is nice, really solid flavor, though its much better at M and H settings than the L.
Nicest thing about it for a ‘starter’ kit for someone trying to transition off cigs is that it’s really ‘adaptable’… there a really intriguing airflow that can be restricted down to one or two small holes for very good MTL… though I’m by no means an expert on MTL… been almost a decade since I smoked, and about the only time I MTL on devices is when I have a cold and am vaping menthols. ;). But it also gives a new vaper the opportunity to open the airflow way up… I wouldn’t go so far as to call it DTL, but maybe restricted DL.
Really hoping it gives her the oomph she needs to quit!
Now I just need to mix up a few of my fave juices for her… though I’m thinking since she’ll be vaping .7 - 1.6 ohm, I should be maybe kicking up the flavors a bit, to about 120 % of normal? I don’t want to make a new vaper trying to quit my nic salt guinea pig, so I was thinking I’d mix her normal freebase nice juices at about 60/40 and 12% nic… the kind I started on way back when.
Bottom line, when you guys get yours you’ll likely be pleasantly surprised! Oh, and it is a bit smaller than I thought, but fits a 1500 ohm battery which is nice. Only 2 things that I’m less than pleased about is there is no replacement glass, which I found kind of strange, and while the driptip is 510, its on SUCH a narrow little tank (like 18 ml, I believe the tank is) that any other drip tip, even the old style narrow 510s, looks totally asinine on it. lol
But all in all, I think she’ll be very pleased with it. It really is a solid little starter that gives a new vaper some room for experimentation, and solid clouds and flavor. And now that you can get replacement coils at US distributors like Element Vape ($9.95 for a 5 pack), she can get ahold of them easily. Though I would love to know if anyone has an Aspire coil to try out in theirs!
Oh, and lastly, mine came in a very nice color… its called ‘GOLD’ but is decidedly Rose Gold, or even a Metallic Pink… I think its actually one of the original colors cosmo came in, but its perfect for my coworker, who sports a Rose Gold Samsung phone, and some other accessories. She’ll be styling. lol
Oh yay! You got yours, too!!! Woot! Hopefully others will be coming soon.
Last thing I forgot to mention… airflow is wild! Rather than twisting the airflow, you just twist the whole tank to adjust! +1 for ingenuity!
